Bumps, Babies and Beyond

A friendly play-group meeting at St Mark’s Church.
Quiet room for babies under one, free-play, craft and snack for toddlers. Family story and song time.
Meet others, make friends, eat cake.
Free to attend. 
Every Tuesday 10am-12pm.

Choir

We have an active and enthusiastic robed choir. Rehearsals are on Wednesday evenings in church.

Bible Study

The Bible Study Group meets to explore and share understanding of the scriptures in a relaxed and informal way. The group meets in church on the fourth Tuesday morning of the month. Further information is available from Robert Baker.

Bell Ringers at St Mark's Church

Bell Ringers

Our six bells are rung every Sunday morning and on other special occasions by the regular band.
The tower captain would be pleased to hear from you if you would like to join them.

Study Groups

Study Groups are held at different times of the year to offer an opportunity to reflect on aspects of the Christian faith.

Hands Praying

Prayer Group

St Mark’s Prayer Group meets to offer prayer and praise to God in the
warm and welcoming surroundings of Elizabeth Court in Brough Road.
There is always informal fellowship to follow, often with tea and cakes!
Meetings are on the second Wednesday of the month and everyone is
welcome.

Wednesday Fellowship

The Wednesday Fellowship organises a range of activities for its meetings
including guest speakers, coach trips and ‘bring and share’ lunches.
Meetings are held in the Scout Hut during the second week of each month,
but not always on a Wednesday!

Floral arrangements and seasonal decoration of the church enhances our
worship and is generously supported by the congregation.
Dr Janice Barrat would be very happy to hear from you if you
would be interested in contributing to this group.
